Recommended 10-15 minute steep. Fruit teas are very forgiving so they can steep forever if you're feeling lazy.
208-212F
1-2 teaspoons per 6-8 ounce water
These measurements, temperatures, and steep times are suggestions only. Only by playing around with these will you find what you truly enjoy. For example, I tend to prefer steeping teas at about 10 degrees lower than the typical steep temperature.
If a tea is too strong, try using less tea.
If it is too weak, use more tea.
If your tea is too bitter, lower the steep temperature.

Product description
Summer solstice (or midsummer) is the name for the mythical night of the 21st of June, the shortest night of the year. Midsummer is often described as a pause in-between a change in nature and provides us with the opportunity to pause for a moment in order to align ourselves with the energy changes of the natural forces. We have united the taste of ripe sun fruits and fresh herbs with the Swedish midsummer tradition of blossoms, in order to keep the rays of sun a little while longer in your cup.
