These measurements, temperatures, and steep times are suggestions only. Only by playing around with these will you find what you truly enjoy. For example, I tend to prefer steeping teas at about 10 degrees lower than the typical steep temperature.
If a tea is too strong, try using less tea.
If it is too weak, use more tea.
If your tea is too bitter, lower the steep temperature.
When you want a half-fermented oolong with a hint of sweet apple and plum, a warm floral aroma, and an elegant velvet blue color, this tea will satisfy all the requirements.
