Return/Exchange policy:
Custom items & special order items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and ineligible for exchange. Please carefully consider your purchases.
Orders that have not begun processing are refundable. Contact us to find out if your order is eligible for a refund. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most orders that do not contain special orders will ship within 24 hours of purchase. Special ordered items ship separately at no extra charge to you. The wait time on special ordered items is 1-3 weeks depending on the item. Please see chart below for more information.

Tea | Special ordered teas will be processed within 1-2 business days and typically ship from our distribution location within 5-7 business days from your order. If it will take longer, we will contact you about your order. Refunds are only eligible on special ordered tea orders that have not been processed. |
Books/Media | Books or media items that are special ordered are non-refundable and are also typically non-exchangable. Contact us to find out if your order is eligible for a refund or exchange. These orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and we will contact you with the estimated arrival & shipping date. |

Items that have sold out are eligible for a refund if you do not want to wait the additional fulfillment time. If you order an item that has sold out, you will be contacted.
