This product has moderate caffeine content.
Recommended 2-5 minute steep.
170-190F
1-2 teaspoons per 6-8 ounce water
These measurements, temperatures, and steep times are suggestions only. Only by playing around with these will you find what you truly enjoy. For example, I tend to prefer steeping teas at about 10 degrees lower than the typical steep temperature.
If a tea is too strong, try using less tea.
If it is too weak, use more tea.
If your tea is too bitter, lower the steep temperature.
This is one green tea that will never have the same cup of flavor each time, and it is not a bad thing either. Maybe you'll have a ripe and slightly tangy acerola cherry flavor, or maybe it will be strong sour cherries and ripe, dripping, sweet pineapple. Maybe the lemon grass will come out more in this green tea blend. This tea is sure to become a summer favorite for everyone, especially if you serve it iced like I did at my wedding reception. Ain't no party like a Tea Party (on the Beach)!
ingredients: green tea Sencha, lemon grass, pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), pineapple flakes , flavoring, freeze-dried acerola cherries, whole sour cherries, freeze-dried cherry pieces, safflower

In 2019 before the tea, I made handmade blankets and other crafts. I still put my signature on tea product labels. I'll say it is showing authenticity for my tea blends. I still do the occasional custom crafting by request.
Before sensibility hit us, we had a very complicated logo and our name was just a long winded explanation as to how we came up with it. (It's our Artist Name and we were not too creative so we tacked on TEA at the end...) Our logo was a tea cup shape with a dozen shades of white, orange, yellows, and reds for the base flame pattern. The base of the cup was green, and the top of the cup was a blue-with-stars-sky. The steam above the cup was a couple of swirls and a curl into moon shape.
Simple blue lines form the shape of the cup and at the bottom of the cup, the lines fan out as if it is a gentle flame beneath it. The swirl of water is green to depict a green tea liquid, and the steam from the cup rises delicately upward. A moon shape seen in the steam is just under a falling leaf.
Falling Leaf Tea's full logo is depicted as a twisting tree with leaves falling out of it into a cup below. At the end of 2023, we launched our custom 3D printing service. If you are in need of a printer, we're more than happy to print your files for you. This logo is a 3D printer printing a figurine of a small witch girl. The full logo art is shown here to also have a cat to one side and a dog in a tea cup on the other side.
